Insurance Information

A STUDENT ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS Insurance Plan is available to OWU students through the Accounting Office. Each June, this insurance information including a brochure is mailed to OWU students that explains coverage and costs. This optional coverage is a 12-month plan effective August 10th to August 10th the following year. Please note that Ohio Wesleyan University requires all students to be covered by some form of medical insurance. Please be sure that your family's medical insurance is adequate for the Delaware (Ohio) network area. Student Health Center charges are send to the Student Accounts office. The Health Center does not submit claims to student's family medical insurance.
